1. Clipboard: -
The office clipboard works with the standard copy
and paste commands. Just copy an item to the office clipboard to add it your
collection, and then paste it from the office clipboard into any office
document at any time. The collected item stay on the office clipboard until you
exit all office programs or you delete the items from the clipboard task pane.

Cut
(Ctrl+x)
In this option we can Cut the selection from
the document and put it on the clipboard.

Copy (Ctrl+c)
In this option we can Copy the
selection and put it on the clipboard.

Paste (Ctrl+V)
In this option we can Paste the
content of the clipboard.

In this option we can Copy
formatting from one place and apply it to another. Double click on this button
to apply the same formatting to multiple places in the document.

appear by selecting option in the font dialog box. Using this tool a user can
use different font and apply appearance to it.

lines, flowchart symbols and callouts.

Art
In this option we
can insert a smart art graphic to visually communicate information.
Smart graphic range
from graphical lists and process diagrams to more complex graphics, such as
Venn diagrams and organization charts.
